ShipBob is looking for a Hybrid Sydney-based Merchant Success Manager to join our Merchant Success team. You will understand merchants' strategic needs and deliver value to support growth and success, building solid partnerships through proactive health checks, business reviews, and timely communication.

You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams, drive adoption of ShipBob features, monitor merchant health, and aim to reduce churn while supporting upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and merchant services in the technology industry.
• Ability to assess merchant needs and drive solutions.
• Excellent verbal, written and in-person communication; cross-department collaboration.
