Zip is hiring a Senior Marketing Manager, Merchant, to shape and deliver merchant marketing initiatives that attract new partners, deepen engagement and unlock commercial growth. You’ll own campaigns end-to-end, collaborating with Sales, Product, Brand and Marketing to turn business priorities into tangible outcomes.

This role balances creative thinking with data and commercial impact, with autonomy to own campaigns from concept to execution in a hybrid Sydney setting.

• Proven experience delivering merchant marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of marketing channels, planning, engagement and optimization.
• Commercial mindset linking marketing to growth and merchant success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver impactful merchant marketing campaigns to attract partners and drive growth.
• Own campaigns from planning through execution, measurement and optimization with clear objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales to uncover merchant growth opportunities and support commercial priorities.
• Bring Zip's merchant value proposition to life through compelling communications and creative campaigns.
• Use merchant insights and campaign performance data to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Manage campaign details: audience, budgets, creative, tracking, QA and optimization.
• Measure success using acquisition, conversion, engagement, revenue and ROI metrics.
