Job summary

ShipBob is seeking a Merchant Success Manager to join our Sydney-based team. You will build partnerships with merchants, deliver strategic health checks, quarterly business reviews, and proactive communications to drive growth.

You will collaborate with Customer Support and other teams, shape product roadmaps, and focus on KPIs like NPS, churn, and upsell opportunities. Hybrid Sydney location, role reports to the Manager, Merchant Success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and merchant services in the technology industry.
• Aptitude to sell via quota attainment.
• Keen perceptive intelligence in assessing merchant needs and driving solutions.
• Effective communication in oral, written, and in-person mediums.
• Experience collaborating cross-departmentally to deliver solutions.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Consultation: Understand merchant needs and goals.
• Solutions: Develop action plans to drive merchant growth and success.
• Adoption: Promote use of ShipBob features aligned with merchant goals.
• Risk Management: Monitor merchant health and take action as needed.
• Collaboration: Work with Customer Support and other teams to improve merchant experience.
• Perform: Achieve KPIs like NPS, churn reduction, and upsell through adoption.
