Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is seeking a proactive Merchandiser for Penrith/Blue Mountains, NSW. This field-based role covers a defined territory, requires daily travel, and focuses on optimizing product visibility and brand presence across stores.

You will manage displays, replenish stock, and support promotions with professional store engagement, driving commercial growth through high-quality merchandising and execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail, field operations, or similar roles is advantageous.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Teams) is required.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and organised Merchandiser to manage a defined territory and ensure our brands stand out in every store. You'll play a key role in maintaining strong store relationships, optimising product visibility, and supporting commercial growth through high-quality merchandising and in-store execution.

This is a full-time permanent position. This field-based role is for the Penrith/Blue Mountains region and requires travel across your territory, servicing a set customer base per day.

Key Responsibilities

• Build engaging product displays to enhance store presence and drive visibility
• Replenish stock, maintain presentation standards, and execute planograms
• Lead in-store activations to support promotions and campaigns
• Liaise with store teams, address stock issues, and ensure brand standards are maintained
• Provide accurate reporting and maintain a professional presence in all stores

About You

You are dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

In addition, you will have:

• Physical capability to lift our product cases for 8 hours per day (up to 16kg)
• A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory
• Excellent attention to detail with a passion for great presentation
• Professionally presented and confident representing our brand at customer sites
• Strong time management while meeting scheduled service requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Teams, with the ability to navigate and interpret Excel spreadsheets
• Experience in merchandising, retail, field operations, or a similar role is advantageous
