Job summary

Coca-Cola European Partners is seeking a proactive Merchandiser for the Cairns area. This part-time, permanent role (24 hours per week, Tuesday to Friday) involves field-based duties across multiple stores, building strong relationships and ensuring optimal brand visibility.

The successful candidate will manage displays, coordinate with store teams, and support promotions with professional in-store execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail, field operations or similar roles.
• Able to lift up to 16 kg and travel within the Cairns territory.
• Own vehicle or access to one during working hours.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
• Meticulous attention to product presentation and standards.
• Punctual, dependable and able to work with minimal supervision.

The Opportunity

We areseekinga proactive and organised Merchandiser to manage a defined territory and ensure ourbrandsstand outin every store.You’llplay a key role inmaintainingstrong store relationships, optimising product visibility, and supporting commercial growth through high‑quality merchandising and in‑store execution.

This is a part-time, permanent (24 Hours - Tuesday to Friday) position, covering the Cairns area. This field‑based role requires travel across your territory, servicing a set customer base per day.

Key Responsibilities

• Build engaging product displays to enhance store presence and drive visibility
• Replenish stock,maintainpresentation standards, and execute planograms
• Lead in‑store activationsto support promotions and campaigns
• Liaise with store teams, address stock issues, and ensure brand standards are maintained
• Provideaccuratereporting andmaintaina professional presence in all stores

About You

You are dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

In addition, you will have:

• Access to your own vehicle during working hours 4 days a week (Tuesday to Friday)
• Physical capability to lift our product cases for 8 hours per day (up to 16kg)
• A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory
• Excellent attention to detail with a passion for great presentation
• Professionally presented and confidentrepresentingourbrand at customer sites
• Strong time managementwhile meeting scheduled service requirements
• Experience in merchandising,retail,field operations, or a similar role isadvantageous
