Job summary

Tradeware is seeking an energetic Merchandiser to join our VIC sales team, servicing Bunnings stores across North Melbourne, West Melbourne and Melbourne CBD. You’ll own your territory, creating standout in-store displays and executing relays and new store setups.

You’ll build strong relationships with Bunnings staff, ensure products are displayed and ticketed to our high standards, and travel regionally when required. This full-time role includes a salary package and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• This role requires a keen eye for detail and creating standout in-store displays.
• To succeed: reliable, organized and self-motivated approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Positive can-do attitude with energy to start each day.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage tasks safely.
• Experience in Bunnings or hardware stores is desirable but not essential.

Your Role

We're looking for an energetic and driven Merchandiser to join our VIC Sales Team, servicing Bunnings stores across North Melbourne, West Welbourne and Melbourne CBD. You'll take ownership of your territory, bringing our brands to life through exceptional merchandising, store relays and new store setups.

In this role, you will:

Overnight regional travel may be required from time to time.

What You Bring

This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail who enjoys creating outstanding in-store displays.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A reliable, organised and self-motivated approach


• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills


• A positive ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to approach each day with energy


• The ability to work autonomously


• The ability to undertake manual handling tasks, including lifting up to 15kg


• Previous experience in Bunnings or hardware stores (desirable but not essential)

You may already have merchandising experience, or you may be looking to start a career in merchandising. If you have experience in retail or hardware stores, that's a bonus—but it's not essential, as full training will be provided.
