Job summary

Griffon ANZ in Sydney's North Sydney region is seeking a Merchandiser to service Bunnings stores. You will call on stores, execute merchandising plans, and assist with bay upgrades in a lively, casual role.

This position suits a self-motivated individual who can work autonomously, manage time, lift stock, and has a valid driver's license. It offers 2–3 days per week with potential to increase during busy periods, in a high-growth company.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing merchandising is a plus.
• Able to work autonomously with strong time management.
• Physically able to lift stock and climb ladders.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

We are currently looking for a Merchandiser to join our Sales team, servicing our Bunnings stores in the North Sydney Metro region.

Skills and experience

• Previous Hardware/Grocery merchandising experience would be advantageous
• The confidence and ability to communicate with customers and build rapport
• Self-motivated individual who demonstrates an ability to work autonomously
• Strong time management skills & positive attitude
• Physically fit and able to climb ladders and handle stock
• A valid driver's license/reliable car
• Ambition to move into a full-time sales role in the future
