Job summary

Griffon ANZ is seeking a Merchandiser to service Bunnings stores in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne (Blackburn and surrounds). This casual role is ideal for uni students, with 2–3 days per week minimum and room to pick up extra shifts during busy periods.

You will call on Bunnings stores, execute merchandising standards, assist with bay upgrades and relays, and support the Sales team. A valid driver's license and physical fitness are required; previous hardware/grocery merchandising is

Qualifications

• Experience in Hardware/Grocery merchandising advantageous.
• Able to communicate with customers and build rapport.
• Physically capable to lift stock and climb ladders; valid driver's license.

We are currently looking for a Merchandiser to join our Sales team, servicing our Bunnings stores based in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne (Blackburn and surrounding suburbs).

Skills and experience

• Previous Hardware/Grocery merchandising experience would be advantageous
• The confidence and ability to communicate with customers and build rapport
• Self‑motivated individual who demonstrates an ability to work autonomously
• Strong time management skills & positive attitude
• Physically fit and able to climb ladders and handle stock

A valid driver's license/reliable car
