Job summary

Whites Group is seeking an energetic merchandiser to join the National Merchandising Team, based in the Hume City area of VIC. You will ensure our Jack brand products are well presented, stocked and aligned to Bunnings expectations, acting as an in-store ambassador across a defined territory.

Reporting to the Territory Manager, you will support merchandising initiatives, store projects and range launches, with occasional regional travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising or sales roles.
• Bunnings experience is highly regarded.
• Hardware or retail background is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high merchandising and presentation standards across your territory.
• Manage stock levels including replenishment, adjustments, and inventory accuracy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Bunnings team members.
• Execute merchandising plans, relays, and promotional displays.
• Ensure pricing, ticketing, and product positioning is accurate and compliant.
• Support store projects, new store setups, and range launches.

We are looking for an experienced full-time Merchandiser based in the Hume City and surrounding areas of VIC.

Reporting to the Territory Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a defined territory to a high standard, ensuring our products are well stocked, presented, and aligned to company and Bunnings expectations. You’ll act as an ambassador for the Jack brand, building strong in-store relationships while supporting ongoing merchandising projects and initiatives.

Some overnight and regional travel may be required.
