About the role:

We are actively seeking a Merchandise Coordinator entrusted with supporting and coordinating all communications from Support Office to stores regarding promotional activity, promotion change overs and more!

Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

• Managing all store queries regarding tickets, pricing and general enquiries
• Manages and loads all pricing catalogues for normal stores and online
• Within each promotion, creates the roll up of the department SSP’s containing pricing, tickets, callouts and visual merchandising
• Creates the tickets for each promotion and liaises with marketing on making sure all callouts are made
• Works with VM to ensure all correct ticketing is loaded into the VM document for each promotion

About you:

• 1-2 years in a similar role (Within Retail - Highly Advantageous)
• Excellent multi-tasker, with the ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment
• Excellent excel and computer skills required
• Highly organized and punctual
• Efficient in coordinating between multiple departments to achieve critical path dates with the end goal delivering promotions to our stores
