Job summary

Crown Melbourne is seeking an Asset & Project Coordinator to join the Engineering & Maintenance team, responsible for maintaining asset data, supporting maintenance projects and ensuring asset records are accurate across plant, equipment and building infrastructure.

You will work closely with engineers, maintenance teams and contractors to improve data quality, manage documentation, and track projects to support planning, compliance and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in engineering administration and maintenance coordination.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain asset records.
• Proficient in Excel with data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with asset management systems, ideally CMMS (Maximo).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve engineering asset registers and infrastructure records.
• Verify asset information after installations, upgrades and decommissioning.
• Support projects through documentation management, reporting and project tracking.
• Monitor contractor performance and maintain maintenance records.
• Analyse asset data to identify discrepancies and support decision-making.
• Produce reports to support maintenance planning and asset lifecycle management.
