Job summary

M2P Engineering in Brisbane, Queensland, is seeking an Asset Coordinator to manage our fleet, plant and equipment across projects. Based at Salisbury, you will coordinate maintenance, movements and mobilisations, ensuring assets are available, compliant and maintained to standard.

You will work with Project Managers, site teams, mechanics and suppliers, develop maintenance schedules, raise work orders and monitor downtime to keep operations moving.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating maintenance, asset management and fleet movements.
• Maintenance planning and scheduling expertise.
• Ability to engage with Project Managers, tradespeople and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate availability, allocation and movement of fleet and equipment.
• Plan and coordinate preventative maintenance, servicing and inspections.
• Raise and manage work orders to completion.
• Liaise with project and operations managers for asset requirements.
• Support asset procurement and onboarding.
