Job summary

Crown Melbourne is seeking an Asset & Project Coordinator to join the Engineering & Maintenance team. You will maintain engineering asset data, support maintenance projects and ensure asset records are accurate across mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.

You’ll work with engineers, maintenance teams and contractors to record, update and report on plant and building assets, enabling effective planning, compliance and operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in engineering administration and maintenance coordination.
• Strong data accuracy and asset-record discipline.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel for reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve engineering asset registers with accuracy.
• Verify asset information after installations, upgrades or decommissioning.
• Support projects via documentation management and reporting.
• Monitor contractor performance and maintain records.
• Analyze data to identify discrepancies and inform decisions.
• Produce reports to support maintenance planning and operations.
