Job summary

The role focuses on coordinating work orders, maintaining asset registers, and supporting reporting and data governance within a facilities management context. You will work with stakeholders, vendors, and account teams using JDE, SharePoint, SWAP, and Power BI to drive accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative experience with exceptional attention to detail.
• Intermediate Excel skills including data entry, data manipulation and reporting.
• Experience handling large data volumes and maintaining data accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule planned maintenance activities in line with business and regulatory requirements.
• Generate, distribute, and update planned maintenance work orders and purchase orders.
• Manage Change of Direction Orders (CDOs) relating to maintenance schedules and asset data.
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of asset registers and maintenance records.
• Perform data quality checks and validation to support reporting.
• Produce scheduled reports for client contracts and internal stakeholders.
