Job summary

TRACKS Care is seeking mentors to support male participants in the Northern Territory. Join a Territorian-owned NDIS provider and help participants build confidence, engage in activities, and work toward personal goals.

This role involves flexible, on-the-ground mentoring, sport and community activities, and practical life-skills support. Full training is provided, with potential for full-time hours and a community-focused, meaningful career in the NT.

Qualifications

• Experience in mentoring, youth work, or community services preferred.
• Ability to build genuine relationships and support individuals.
• Comfort with flexible, field-based work across NT communities.

Responsibilities

• Building genuine, positive relationships
• Getting involved in sport, gym, fishing and community activities
• Supporting participants to work towards their individual goals
• Helping with appointments, shopping and everyday life skills
• Encouraging confidence, independence and community connection
• Providing consistent, respectful and positive mentorship
