Job summary

Aus Fitness 24/7 in Zetland near Sydney is seeking a driven Membership Consultant for presale, launch and beyond. You’ll spend significant time on the phone, following up leads, booking visits and guiding people to the right membership.

The role is a real sales position with targets, real training and genuine leads to work with; you’ll help build a fast-paced, welcoming gym environment and contribute to local marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Confident speaking with people face-to-face and on the phone.
• Comfort making a high volume of calls and following up.

Responsibilities

• Calling and following up with people who enquired about Aus Fitness
• Booking visits and conducting gym tours with leads
• Discussing goals and choosing the right membership
• Working toward sales targets and welcoming new members
• Assisting presale outreach and local marketing
