Job summary

Panthers Penrith Leagues Club is seeking a welcoming and customer-focused team member to greet members and guests, promote the Panthers Rewards program, and provide outstanding service at the club entrance. You will assist with sign-ins, answer enquiries, and help with rewards redemptions and data entry to support a smooth member experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote and communicate the benefits of the Panthers Rewards program to members and their guests accurately in a proactive and professional manner.
• Welcome, greet and sign in all patrons entering the club.
• Respond to member and guest enquiries promptly, courteously and efficiently.
• Ensure the efficient processing of Panthers Rewards point redemptions including active assistance to members at kiosk terminals.
• Maintain accurate membership records by ensuring all data is entered correctly into the membership database.
• Keep team members informed of updates to Panthers Rewards procedures, upcoming promotions and club activities.
• Provide administrative support to guests wishing to join the club.
• Perform general administrative duties as required.
