Job summary

Panthers Penrith Leagues Club is seeking a friendly Membership Team member to welcome guests, answer enquiries, promote the Panthers Rewards program, and help members get the most from their visits. You’ll be the face of the club, delivering outstanding service and creating enjoyable experiences.

Join a not-for-profit club with 11 restaurants, 6 bars, events spaces, and a team that values pride, respect, and community.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or club environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members and guests on entry.
• Promote and explain Panthers Rewards program to members and guests.
• Respond to member inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Assist with Panthers Rewards point redemptions at the kiosk.
• Maintain accurate membership records in the membership database.
• Keep teammates informed about rewards procedures and promotions.
• Assist guests wishing to join the club with enrolment and information.
• Perform general administrative duties as required.

The Opportunity

As the welcoming face of our club, you'll greet and engage with members, keep them informed about club events, promotions and offerings, actively promote the Panthers Rewards program, and deliver outstanding customer service that creates memorable experiences with every interaction.

What you'll be doing

• Promote and communicate the benefits of the Panthers Rewards program to members and their guests accurately in a proactive and professional manner.
• Welcome, greet and sign in all patrons entering the club.
• Respond to member and guest enquiries promptly, courteously and efficiently.
• Ensure the efficient processing of Panthers Rewards point redemptions including active assistance to members at kiosk terminals.
• Maintain accurate membership records by ensuring all data is entered correctly into the membership database.
• Keep team members informed of updates to Panthers Rewards procedures, upcoming promotions and club activities.
• Provide administrative support to guests wishing to join the club.
• Perform general administrative duties as required.
