Job summary

Belgravia Aquatic Recreation Centre in Gympie is seeking a Customer Service Officer to place the customer at the centre of everything we do. You will be the face of the centre, delivering exceptional experiences and guiding prospective members through joining and ongoing subscriptions.

Responsibilities include member enquiries, centre tours, memberships processing, data entry, and maintaining knowledge of all services and activities.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service focus and ability to engage with a diverse range of people.
• Good communication skills and rapport-building with members and guests.
• Ability to work in a team to meet targets and deliver excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest experience in person and over the phone to existing and prospective members and guests
• Provide relevant and accurate information and an excellent experience to prospective members by handling enquiries in line with company processes and systems
• Conduct tours of the centre with the outcome to turn a prospective member to an ongoing subscription
• Process memberships and data entry in line with company processes and policy
• Possess a current and informed knowledge of all centre services and activities
• Apply sound cash handling principles and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems
• To demonstrate behaviours that are consistent with the Belgravia Leisure C.L.E.A.R Values
