Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking a proactive Sales & Guest Experience Manager at the Nambour Aquatic Centre. You will lead Guest Experience staff, drive new member enrolments and program sign-ups, and partner with the Centre Manager to deliver outstanding customer service.

You will recruit, train and set targets, manage rosters and cash handling, and ensure the guest experience is exceptional both in person and on the phone.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience in customer-facing roles.
• Proven ability to drive sales targets and enrolments.
• Strong focus on customer experience and service culture.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and develop Guest Experience staff to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and drive a culture of innovation.
