Job summary

Goodlife Health Clubs is seeking a Sales Consultant (Member Support Consultant) to drive new memberships at the club level. You will engage with the community, present tours, and inspire customers toward healthier lifestyles through personalised interactions and proactive outreach.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, people-first environment, contributing to sales targets while promoting retention programs and a welcoming club experience for members across your community.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to club sales budget using promotions and referrals campaigns.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals.
• Make the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions.
• Open and close the club as per the roster.
• Engage in member retention programs to inspire ongoing journeys.
• Conduct regular service calls to new and existing members to elevate their outcomes.
