Job summary

300 Goodlife Operations Pty Ltd is seeking a Membership Manager to lead a high-energy MSC team at a Goodlife Health Clubs location in Australia. You will drive new memberships, retain current members, and ensure exceptional front desk service while coaching and mentoring your team to exceed targets.

Role requires strong sales, customer service, and team leadership with a focus on member journeys and retention metrics across the club network.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service experience with ability to hit KPIs.
• Understanding of selling cycles and up-/cross-selling techniques.
• Experience guiding a team to achieve targets and coaching others.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily MSC team workflow to meet monthly sales targets.
• Hit personal monthly/annual targets to contribute to team success.
• Create structure to ensure MSC team meets daily minimum performance criteria.
• Deliver sales training to develop the MSC team.
• Aim for member retention and growth budgets monthly.
• Respond to enquiries within 24 hours via phone, email, or in person.
• Support Club/Regional Manager with growth initiatives.
• Assist with MSC roster planning every fortnight.
