Goodlife Health Clubs on the Gold Coast is seeking Sales Consultants to drive membership growth and deliver exceptional member experiences. You will greet visitors, present fitness options, and tailor member journeys to inspire healthier lifestyles.

The role focuses on high-energy, people-first engagement, meeting targets, and contributing to club revenue while promoting a supportive community within FLG. A competitive hourly rate and club benefits await.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
• Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals.
• The ability to solve problems, and overcome obstacles.
• Outstanding communication abilities - listen, understand, empathise and influence others.
• Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals.
• Customer focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget utilising sales promotions and referrals campaigns
• Generating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals and the identification of new business opportunities
• Achieving the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
• Providing sales presentations and tours to prospective members
• Creating great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions
• Achieving successful outcomes to enquiries
• Opening and closing the club as per the club roster
• Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
• Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey - recommending club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience
