Job summary

Goodlife Health Clubs on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant (Member Support Consultant) to energise club membership growth. You will meet new people, present tours, and guide prospects through the sign-up journey while delivering exceptional member experiences.

You will actively contribute to achieving sales targets, build rapport with diverse members, and support retention programs to maximise journeys and outcomes. A vibrant, health-focused team awaits.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
• Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals
• The ability to solve problems, and overcome obstacles
• Outstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathise and influence others
• Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
• Customer focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget utilising sales promotions and referrals campaigns
• Generating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals and the identification of new business opportunities
• Achieving the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
• Providing sales presentations and tours to prospective members
• Creating great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions
• Achieving successful outcomes to enquiries
• Opening and closing the club as per the club roster
• Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
• Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey - recommending club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience
