Job summary

Fitness Cartel Careers is hiring a Membership Consultant for our Sippy Downs club on the Sunshine Coast. You’ll drive member growth by generating and converting leads, delivering engaging tours, and building positive member journeys to meet and exceed sales targets.

You’ll receive full training, ongoing development, and clear progression into Sales Manager and Club Management roles within one of Australia’s fastest-growing fitness brands.

• Sales-focused with natural ability to connect and build rapport.
• Motivated by results and driven to hit targets.
• Organised, proactive, and confident juggling multiple tasks.
• Strong communicator who listens, empathises and influences.
• Passionate about fitness and representing the Cartel brand daily.
• Sales experience is a bonus, training provided.

Responsibilities
