Job summary

Royal Automobile Club of WA is seeking a Service Advisor to enhance member experiences across RAC Auto Services Northbridge. You will coordinate with technicians, greet members, confirm vehicle details, and present repair estimates while offering practical recommendations.

The role requires clear communication and a proactive service mindset. You will manage service orders, update members on progress, handle concerns professionally, and support sales targets.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer relationship management with problem solving and conflict resolution.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player with ability to build positive workplace relationships.
• Willingness to travel between centres.

Responsibilities

• Manage the member experience during the vehicle service process, coordinating with technicians and communicating with customers.
• Greet members and confirm vehicle information, including make, model and service or repair issue.
• Provide estimates for repair and maintenance, explain the work and offer recommendations where appropriate.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
• Provide regular updates to members on vehicle status and any changes.
• Handle member concerns and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Prepare and complete repair orders.
• Support team sales targets and conversion rates, and understand revenue and profit targets.
• Provide site and mobile service admin support: data entry, records, invoicing, receipting payments, and parts allocation.
