Job summary

Viva Leisure invites applications for casual Member Services roles across our Darwin clubs, including Coolalinga, Palmerston, Casuarina, Millner, and Darwin City. You will assist with enquiries, give tours to potential members, drive sales, and ensure a clean, welcoming club atmosphere at all times.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Knowledge of and a passion for the Fitness Industry.
• Experience in sales and customer service, ideally within the fitness or retail sectors.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional and welcoming experience for all members, visitors, and new joiners, including conducting club tours and inductions.
• Support membership growth by responding to enquiries, following up on leads, and following Viva’s sales process to maximise conversions.
• Engage with members on the gym floor, assist with general queries, and promote additional services like personal training and group fitness.
• Handle administrative duties including phone calls, members feedback, system updates, and shift handovers, escalating issues when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented club environment by regular cleaning, equipment checks, restocking supplies, reporting hazards and faults, and supporting operational tasks.

SKILLS &QUALIFICATIONS
