Job summary

Mounties Group is seeking a Beverage & Gaming Attendant to join our Mount Pritchard venue on a part-time basis. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering prompt, friendly service across bar and gaming areas.

Ideal candidates have experience in bar/gaming operations, a passion for exceptional service, and strong grooming and communication skills. You will work a flexible roster including days, nights, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in Bar and Gaming Operations is highly desirable.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to build a long-term relationship with customers.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Full availability with a flexible roster including days, nights and weekends.
• Willingness to work Public Holiday periods.
• Current NSW RSA, RCG and Advanced RCG.

THE ROLE

We are currently on the hunt for energetic and dedicatedBeverage & Gaming Attendant with exceptional customer service skills to join our fun and friendly team on aPart-Timebasisat our Mount Pritchard venue.

As a Beverage & Gaming Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our front line and provide prompt and courteous service to all customer across a diverse range of areas, including bar and gaming.

ABOUT YOU

You will ideally possess the following:

• Previous experiences in Bar and Gaming Operations is highly desirable
• Possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills
• A willingness to build a long term relationship with our customers
• The ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Full availability and the ability to work a flexible roster, which includes days, nights and weekends
• A willingness to work Public Holiday periods
• Current NSW RSA, RCG and Advanced RCG
