Mounties Group is seeking an energetic Member Services Attendant for a part-time position at Harbord Diggers, Freshwater NSW. You will be the first touchpoint for members and guests, delivering five-star service and ensuring a welcoming environment.

Key duties include processing memberships, upselling events and promotions, and supporting general admin while maintaining RSA/RCG standards and club entry requirements.

Qualifications

• Passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient with basic computer systems.
• RSA & RCG certification or willingness to obtain before commencement.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests.
• Maintain club entry requirements and RSA/RCG standards.
• Perform general administrative duties and member processing.
• Assist with memberships, promotions, events and renewals.
• Greet customers with a friendly, professional demeanor and provide directions.
