Capricorn is seeking a Member Relations Officer to provide responsive, high-quality service to Members by resolving account enquiries and managing cases through to a positive outcome.

You will coordinate with Suppliers, service providers and internal teams, keeping stakeholders informed and updating CRM records. The role includes handling payments, reconciliations, and refunds as part of Trade Account activities.

Competenze

• At least two years of experience in a customer service-oriented role.
• Intermediate skills in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using Epicor or a CRM system in a service environment.

Mansioni

• Respond to phone and email enquiries and resolve account queries.
• Escalate unresolved matters following the complaints procedure.
• Coordinate with Suppliers and internal teams to progress queries.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and handle account payments and reconciliations.
