Job summary

Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry is seeking a driven individual to advance customer service, account management, and sales within a defined member portfolio. You will act as the primary contact for members, leveraging data to identify retention risks and growth opportunities while onboarding new members to maximize engagement with core products and services.

The role offers predominantly office-based duties with virtual elements, including cross-sell opportunities and collaboration

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of account management or sales experience.
• Proven track record in achieving revenue and customer-satisfaction KPIs.
• Experience using CRM systems (prefer Salesforce).
• Strong customer-first, solutions-focused conversations.

Responsibilities

• Be the lead point of contact for members within a defined portfolio.
• Use CRM and utilization data to identify retention risks and growth opportunities.
• Onboard new members to maximise engagement with core products.
• Explore cross-sell and upsell opportunities during interactions.
• Meet service levels for meetings, calls and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to capture member feedback and keep offerings fit-for-purpose.
• Attend networking events as required.
