Job summary

Dolphins NRL in Redcliffe is seeking a hands-on Membership & Ticketing Associate. You’ll answer inbound calls, emails and chats, resolve seating, renewals, and match-day access, and help deliver campaigns to grow our 30,000+ member base.

Reporting to the Head of Membership & Ticketing, you’ll contribute to retention strategies, work at home games and events, and promote membership at community events with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Experience in phone-based customer service, contact centre or sales roles is essential.
• Strong communication and rapport-building abilities.
• Organised with attention to detail and able to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability for home games, events and some weekend work.
• Experience in sport, entertainment or events is advantageous.
• Membership or ticketing experience helps.
• Understanding of professional sporting culture and rugby league preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails and live chats quickly and with a friendly, can-do attitude.
• Own member issues and resolve seating, renewals, payments or match-day access.
• Deliver excellent service on calls, in person and in writing.
• Keep our members engaged and on board.
• Run outbound renewal and retention calls to current, unrenewed and lapsed members.
• Spot opportunities to upgrade members to suitable membership options.
• Promote and sell membership at events and match days.
• Support membership campaigns and retention strategies to hit club targets.
• Maintain smooth day-to-day membership and ticketing operations and CRM data.
• Support the membership team at Dolphins home games and coordinate with other club teams.
