Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming, safe environment.

• Monitor Club procedures and ensure compliance with protocols.
• Assist in incident management with accurate documentation and escalation.
• Provide first aid assistance to patrons in line with procedures.
