Revo Fitness is expanding its Australian footprint and seeks a Casual Member Experience Lead to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for members, delivering a simple, welcoming, high-quality experience aligned with our brand values.

Qualificações

• Alignment with Revo's Brand, Values, and Behaviours.
• Proven customer service experience with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication and conflict management skills.
• Initiative and a proactive approach to exceed member expectations.
• Current First Aid & CPR Certification required prior to starting.
• Previous customer service experience is highly regarded, but not required.
