Job summary

Revo Fitness is a casual growth-focused gym brand offering affordable memberships and 24/7 access to members across Australia. We are seeking a passionate Member Experience Lead to provide a simple, welcoming and high-quality experience for our members.

You will work with the Club Manager to ensure personalised support, maintain a safe and hygienic gym environment, and uphold our values in every member touchpoint. Prior First Aid & CPR certification is required.

Qualifications

• First Aid & CPR Certification required prior to starting.

Responsibilities

• Quality Member Experience: act as primary contact for members with personalised support.
• Team Collaboration & Culture: foster inclusive, supportive team environment.
• Club Presentation: maintain cleanliness, organisation and equipment functionality.
• Compliance and Safety: uphold health and safety standards.
• Reporting and Administration: manage member details and maintain confidentiality.
