Job summary

Hub Australia is seeking a Workspace Experience Associate to deliver premium, personalised service in our Sydney clubs. You’ll be the friendly face, greeting members and guests, handling inquiries, bookings, and mail while ensuring smooth daily operations.

You’ll support cafe activity, help organise events, manage inventory, and participate in opening/closing routines. 2+ years in customer-facing roles with RSA/food handling credentials are preferred; coffee skills are a bonus.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a customer-facing role (hospitality, retail or similar service).
• Customer-centric and hospitality-led mindset.
• Strong problem solving, creative and pragmatic approach.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with members, staff and external stakeholders.
• Proficient multitasking in a dynamic environment.
• Must hold or be willing to obtain RSA and Food Handling Certificate.
• Bonus: ability to make a great coffee.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, creating personalised experiences.
• Handle day-to-day member questions, enquiries, booking requests, mail and clubhouse inbox.
• Assist cafe operations downstairs with beverages.
• Organise and execute workplace events from small meetings to large gatherings.
• Conduct regular inventory checks for food, consumables and supplies.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and space checks.
