RACV is hiring a Sales and Service Consultant in Melbourne for a permanent full-time role based at Noble Park with hybrid working arrangements. You will handle inbound calls from existing and potential members, understand their needs and offer RACV products and services to provide value and peace of mind.

The role supports a 365-day Member Engagement Centre with a 5-week rotational roster, start date 23 November 2026, and a learning program to build product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and active listening to identify member needs.
• Able to deliver exceptional customer service and upsell where appropriate.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems to access member information.
