People’s Choice Credit Union is hiring a Member Experience Officer for our People First Bank Contact Centre in Toowoomba. You’ll deliver high-quality service experiences, engage in needs-based conversations, and help members with their financial goals.

Training will be provided to upskill in digital tools and banking solutions. The team operates 24/7, offering flexible shifts outside business hours and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service experiences.
• Ability to learn new digital banking tools and systems.
• Comfortable engaging in needs-based conversations with members.
