Job summary

The Wests Group Australia in Mayfield, NSW, is seeking a Door Attendant to join their full-time team. The role involves greeting members and guests, signing them in, advising on facilities and events, and promoting Wests memberships at a busy club site.

You will ensure RSA compliance, verify IDs, and work a rotating 7-day roster including day, afternoon and overnight shifts. The position requires strong customer service, resilience, and the ability to collaborate with security and duty managers.

Qualifications

• RSA and RCG certifications are required.
• Candidates will undergo background checks including criminal history, references, and right-to-work verification.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and project a friendly image
• Sign in members and guests per regulations
• Advise on facilities and events
• Promote and process Wests memberships
• Check employee and contractor IDs
• Monitor RSA compliance
• Liaise with security for entry refusals when intoxicated
