Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in communications, corporate affairs, or marketing within financial services or regulated industries.
• Proven ability to develop member/customer communications including regulatory, operational, or service updates.
• Exceptional writing skills with ability to translate technical information into clear content.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional delivery experience.
• Sound judgement with attention to detail in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end communication projects from planning to delivery.
• Develop member communications on regulatory, operational, and service changes.
• Translate complex regulatory information into clear, member-friendly content.
• Partner with compliance, legal, operations, and marketing to ensure accuracy.
• Support member communications during incidents and time-sensitive events.
• Balance governance, risk, and member experience to deliver timely, compliant communications.
