Job description

• Be responsible for communicating crucial information about upcoming change in NAB
• Join a team that’s driving improvement throughout the business
• Work in an essential role within a rapidly growing team

In this Senior Communications Consultant role you will

• Preparing all internal communications: emails, newsletters, etc for departments throughout the business regarding the changes in domain model and what it means for their team
• Embed customers into how we work, contribute to the messaging of improving ways of working across the bank and act as the custodians for the standards and governance for how we work
• Increase delivery velocity, supporting with how we communicate Domain model enhancements to domain colleagues
• Execution and management of the strategic communications plan for Org Effectiveness
• Updating go/delivery Domain playbook
• Be working closely with the Change Management team

What you’ll bring

• Extensive experience in org transformation roles
• Specialist experience in executive level communications
• Demonstrated experience in mid-to large scale transformation, ideally op model related, and at scale in a complex organisational environment
• Relevant tertiary qualifications and industry accreditations
• Strong communication skills – driving simplicity and meaning in messaging
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Background in change management preferred
• Commercial & technical acumen
• Knowledge of Lean and agile methodologies
