We are seeking a talented Communications Specialist to join our Corporate Affairs team and help drive impactful internal and external communications that strengthen our brand, engage our people, and support key business priorities.

In this role, you'll work closely with leaders and stakeholders across the organisation to develop compelling content, deliver communication campaigns, and enhance audience engagement across multiple channels.

What you'll be doing

• Support the development and delivery strategic communication plans aligned to business objectives.
• Create engaging content for internal and external audiences and channels, including intranet articles, presentations, website, social media, events, and media.
• Coordinate and maintain internal communication channels, ensuring content is timely, accurate, and engaging.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to identify communication opportunities and provide expert advice.
• Support corporate campaigns, events, change initiatives, and key organisational projects.
• Track and report on communication performance metrics, providing insights to support continuous improvement.
• Help protect and enhance the organisation's reputation through clear, consistent, and timely communications.

What you'll bring

• Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related discipline.
• Experience in a corporate communications or agency environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability.
• Demonstrated experience developing engaging content for diverse audiences.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A collaborative, proactive and adaptable approach.
• Experience within financial services, banking, insurance or another highly regulated industry (desirable)
• Exposure to media relations and external stakeholder engagement (desirable)
