Bendigo Bank is seeking an experienced Senior Communications Manager – Risk to lead our internal risk uplift communications. This role sits in our Brand, Communications and Marketing division and combines strategic planning with hands-on content creation.

You’ll partner with Executive leadership, shape the risk uplift narrative, and drive multi-channel campaigns in a hybrid Australia-wide setup. Join a culture that values clarity, impact, and collaborative change management.

Responsibilities

• Design and drive the overarching communication strategy for risk uplift.
• Lead end-to-end internal campaigns across multi-channel content.
• Partner with Executive leadership and program stakeholders for regular updates.
• Facilitate cross-divisional alignment with Public Relations, Corporate Affairs, and Brand teams.
• Measure impact, track employee sentiment, and refine delivery to drive behavioural change.
