Job summary

Defence Health Ltd. is expanding its Member Care contact centre in Melbourne to support members with health insurance queries, payments and claims. You will guide members through their cover across multiple systems in a regulated environment, delivering exceptional service and first-call resolution.

We train you thoroughly and provide ongoing support. The role requires full-time presence at our St Kilda Road Office for the first three months, after which you can work in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 12 months' relevant customer service experience in a contact centre or customer service environment.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday on a rotating roster from 8:30am to 8:00pm (6:00pm finish when in the office).
• This position requires your physical presence on a full-time basis at our St Kilda Road Office for the first three months, with Hybrid Ways of Working thereafter.
• Ability to learn new technology platforms and navigate multiple systems while delivering excellent member service.

Responsibilities

• Guide members through their health cover, payments and claims across multiple systems in a regulated environment.
• Deliver exceptional member experience and strive for first-call resolution.
• Participate in training programs and ongoing coaching to support learning and performance.
