Job summary

Fujitsu Melbourne is seeking an experienced Manual Test Analyst to join a project team delivering enhancements to a CRM platform supporting emergency assistance and community services programs.

In an Agile delivery environment, you will collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure high-quality solution delivery through comprehensive test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Test Analyst or similar software testing role.
• Demonstrated experience using Azure DevOps and related testing extensions/tools.
• Experience in System Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and Compatibility Testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test plans aligned with project delivery requirements.
• Design, prepare, and execute manual test cases and test scripts.
• Perform testing activities including System, Integration, Regression, and Compatibility Testing.
• Ensure complete test coverage against business requirements and user stories.
• Create and maintain test artefacts and documentation within Azure DevOps.
• Prepare and manage test data for execution activities.
• Record, analyse, and report test results; manage defects through triage processes.
• Support UAT and Production Verification Testing (PVT) and assist stakeholders with test case design.
