Job summary

Finity Consulting in Melbourne is seeking a junior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Melbourne team and help ensure the quality of our front-end web applications and automated testing workflows.

You will gain exposure to a diverse range of insurance websites, work with React/Angular, APIs, databases, and cloud services, and contribute to automated tests and bot testing across our platform.

Qualifications

• Experience with software QA methodologies and processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, science, engineering, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement QA/Bot procedures for insurance websites using in-house tool.
• Develop and monitor test scripts for basic functionality, reliability, performance, and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot quality issues and update test procedures based on feedback.
• Drive continuous improvement of test processes and procedures.
• Maintain test environments to maximise availability.
• Assist in implementing and running automation solutions.
