Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership experience in stevedoring, logistics or a similar operational environment.
• Proven track record leading large, diverse teams and delivering operational results.
• Strong industrial and employee relation expertise with unionised workforces.
• Commercial and financial acumen including accountability for P&L, cost management and growth.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to influence across internal and external partners.
• Strategic, practical and people-focused leadership with commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership of terminal operations ensuring safe, reliable and efficient performance across all activities.
• Deliver sustainable operational and financial outcomes through performance optimisation and cost discipline.
• Lead industrial and employee relations with unions and workforce stakeholders to enable engagement and negotiation.
• Develop and empower leaders and teams, fostering accountability, engagement and high performance.
• Strengthen relationships with customers, shipping lines, port authorities and internal stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
• Drive safety culture, continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the terminal.
