Job summary

Vopak Terminals Darwin leads the safe, reliable day-to-day operations of the Darwin Terminal, supervising Operators and ensuring product transfers meet top safety and efficiency standards. You will drive safety walkarounds, inspect operations, and implement corrective actions in a high-stakes, Major Hazard Facility environment.

The role requires 5–10 years of operational health, safety and environment experience, leadership in a terminal setting, and an engineering or operations management

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of operational experience in health, safety and environment.
• Proven experience in leading a team within a Major Hazard Facility (MHF) or bulk liquid storage environment.
• Education: Engineering or Operations Management degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safe and reliable day-to-day operations of the Darwin Terminal.
• Supervise a team of Operators and ensure product transfers meet highest safety and efficiency standards.
• Conduct terminal safety walkarounds and technical inspections; drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
