Bureau is seeking an Operations & Logistics Specialist in Melbourne to own the Australian order fulfilment lifecycle, freight, warehousing and installations. You’ll coordinate stock, schedule carriers and manage third-party partners to ensure on-time delivery and seamless customer experience.

You will work closely with Sales and a global operations team, using HubSpot and inFlow to track orders, stock and tickets. Occasional early mornings or late afternoons align with North American hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics or freight coordination.
• Experience with warehousing, 3PL management and domestic freight booking.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and coordinate with sales, customers and partners.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end order cycle for Australia from confirmation to completion.
• Coordinate stock, bookings, and warehousing with partners to meet dates.
• Maintain shipping docs and ensure accuracy of inventory records.
• Own customer escalations and resolve delivery or installation issues with a customer-first approach.
• Lead multi-site projects and track KPIs such as on-time delivery and cost per install.
