Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and strict timelines.
Competent in risk assessment and mitigation planning.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate multiple modernisation projects from commencement through to completion.
Plan and organise labour, materials, equipment and subcontractor activities to ensure project success.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants and key stakeholders.
Drive a positive safety culture by ensuring compliance with safety standards, policies and procedures.
Lead, coach and motivate site teams to achieve quality, productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
Monitor progress, manage risks and resolve site issues promptly.
Collaborate with Project Managers and operations to ensure seamless delivery.
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
